IFTA fuel tax

Your IFTA report, built from your trips

Record trips and fuel as you go. When the quarter closes, the state-by-state report is already built from them.

IFTA reports are included with every plan.

How it works

Three steps, all done as you drive

1. Record the miles

Turn on GPS tracking in the iPhone app and it counts the miles in each state as you cross the line. Or enter the miles on the trip yourself.

2. Add the fuel

Scan a fuel receipt and the date, gallons, vendor and amount are filled in. Every fuel purchase is tied to its trip.

3. Run the report

Pick the quarter and the report builds itself, one row per state, with miles, tax miles, fuel used and tax due or credit.

The report

Check it before you file

The IFTA report is only as complete as your trips, so the app checks them for you.

  • Check IFTA Miles and Fuel reviews your trips and fuel entries before you file
  • Run the report for all trucks or one truck
  • View it on screen, print a PDF summary or download CSV or Excel
  • State layouts for Kentucky and New Mexico weight-distance, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Indiana, Oklahoma and Tennessee
  • An IRP mileage report from the same trips

No. Read why DEF is not reported.

Do I need the iPhone app?

No. Everything works from your browser too. The app adds GPS mileage tracking, receipt scanning and offline entry.
